The "it"

The "Benatar" family
This is not the final wig, but a cheap substitute until I can find the Lola. I think Gavin takes the cake, with Travis a close second. Have a great weekend. Travis and I are off to the Highlands for our anniversary while Grandma gets to spend some time with the little ones.

Those are some great pictures!! I think Travis looks like Wayne on Wayne's World. You look fantastic with the wig! It was nice talking to you yesterday. We had a very great visit with your dad. I hope you had a wonderful Anniverdary dinner and a Happy day too!!!

Hit me with your best shot, Baby! I was thinking Travis looks like someone on "Joe Dirt," but I think Tab hit the nail on the head with "Wayne's World." Great post, Laura. By the way, I think you look even better bald than you did with the crew cut! Rock on, Pat.

It must be great to have a wig that works for everyone in the family...however you look the best Laura, although Sam is a close second. Actually you look beautiful without the wig. I guess you really have to be sure your eyebrows are perfectly plucked...or waxed. Happy Anniversary.

Love, Auntie

Laura!!! I've just recently been brought into the loop regarding your situation. I'm short so sometimes people skip me (smile). You look fantastic - with or without the wig you rockstar! I am completely inspired by your blog and thrilled to be in touch with you - regardless of some very unfortunate circumstances. I went out with Ham, Tab, Becky, Amy & Kelly Friday night and you were in our thoughts. We're missing you, rooting for you, cheering for you...all that stuff! Smile lots today - your smile brightens the world...always has. Take care, Temple

Temple forgot to tell you that Amy couldn't join us for dinner so we forked her afterwards (this would be something like teepeeing but you just put a bunch (I mean a bunch) of plastic forks in someone's lawn) - then we almost got caught (Scott pulled up as we were running to the car) - Amy knew it was us and Scott called right away. So we went back and picked her up so she could come have a drink. Did we ever fork anyone in high school? We were laughing so hard we were crying - For anyone who has never forked anyone - I highly recommend it!!!

Seriously - your head is awesome. That is a look that not everyone can pull off, but you definitely can. And wayyyy better than Britney Spears for sure! And honestly, nothing is funnier than a baby with a wig. Your an inspiration to everyone - keep smiling that great smile!!
Happy Anniversary!
