Not what we were expecting at all.
Spoke with the trial oncologist tonight and she doesn't want me to do the bronchoscope because there are 2 spots in abdominal area, a new tumor in the liver, one in the pancreas, and 11 nodes in the lungs. She said the radiologist feels they are all metastases and even if the lungs are not she doesn't want to put me thru the test if were going to proceed the same way. The good news is oh wait there is none this time. But I'm feeling great despite what the PET shows. We see the local oncologist this week and will find out more. There are a few alternative treatments were investigating that sound very promising. Were praying hard here, thanks for all of yours.

OMG
So my liver looks great, one lymph still showing traces, but now a new thing in my lungs. I see a pulmonologist (sp?) soon to decide if it is an infection (I'm not sick) or cancer or something totally different. Not what I was expecting...our trip to Maui is official. 16 hours to get there but so excited we get to live in pure luxury for a few days. The kids are so excited.

Results
The clinic tested every function in my body 1.5 years ago and everything was way out of norm. I was tested again last month and everything looked so good that the Dr. was elated with how great everything looked. I have a CT on Friday and were taking bets on how small my tumor is!!! Trav says 2.7, I think 1.7. Can't wait to find out. Just need to get this back thing under control.

Chemo sensitivity testing
If you know someone with cancer please give them this info. They are saving lives even stage for are still alive after 7 years. These people work with your oncologist to test what chemos work best for the patient not the general population, you. That is huge considering chemo only works 23% of the time and with all the money we have raised cancer patiences are only 5% better off than 60 years ago...please look into this. Travis and I spoke to Gary the CEO and he is willing to answer any questions you may have. His contact info below.

Cyst
The cyst is apparently on my left side even though all the pain is on my right. Everyone is 82% sure it is not due to cancer but "age" so I'm scheduling a ultrasound with my OB. I think the weird part is I haven't been able to eat very much since everything makes me sick and haven't dropped a pound. Really?
